The Heart & Soul Behind Rise and Align Co.
Rise & Align Co. wasn’t created overnight.
It grew slowly—through quiet mornings, hard seasons, healing, and learning how to come back to myself.
There was a time when I felt disconnected, overwhelmed, and constantly searching for something outside of me to feel okay. Sobriety changed that. It gave me the space to actually feel, to process, and to begin again in a way that was real.
The beach became part of that journey.
Sunrise became my reset.
A place where nothing was expected of me.
A place where I could just breathe, think, and be.
Over time, I started capturing those moments—the light, the stillness, the feeling of peace that came with simply slowing down. And without really planning it, sharing those moments became something more.
Rise & Align Co. is an extension of that.
To rise is to begin again.
To align is to come back to yourself.
This isn’t about having everything figured out.
It’s about choosing presence over pressure.
Peace over chaos.
And learning that you don’t have to escape your life to feel okay in it.
Everything you see here—every photo, every piece, every design—is rooted in real moments. Nothing forced. Nothing perfect. Just honest, grounded experiences that I hope you can feel when you see them.
This isn’t a finished story—it’s still unfolding.
Rise & Align Co. is growing in the same way I am… slowly, intentionally, and in alignment with what feels real.
